We endeavour to provide the highest quality services within the floristry and Interior Design sectors of industry. Our work can be defined as products (including but not limited to artificial and cut flowers, hand-tied bouquets, planted arrangements, Interior Products,) and services (including but not limited to the design, creation and set-up of floral arrangements and floral installations for wedding and events, interior and design advice, consultations, the design and creation of Interior Design Schemes for Interior Projects and online services),
Passant Royale offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Passant Royale reserves the right to limit or refuse our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our products and services or to refuse or cancel orders when necessary. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website and social media channels. However, due to the natural character of our goods, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will reflect the photographs online. Our products are subject to variations in colour, size and availability. Where availability is restricted, we reserve the right to substitute suitable products of equal or higher value without notice. However, we will endeavour to contact you should any major changes be required.
No products should be consumed by animals or humans. Keep out of the reach of children as artificial flowers contain small parts that could be hazardous. Some Flower Arrangements may contain slightly different stems to those photographed.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
OUR BESPOKE FLORAL STUDIO SERVICES:
All our creations are made as a bespoke order to your specific brief. We will offer a phone/virtual consultation to ensure we both have full understanding of the floral arrangement brief. A picture of the arrangement will be sent prior to delivery for the client to approve.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any bespoke orders. We are unable to accept cancellations for bespoke floral orders once the order is placed and payment made.
Passant Royale Requires full payment to confirm your order of a bespoke floral arrangement(s).
Please note that the finishes of our products vary in form and nature from glass to natural and more organic materials such as wood and stone etc. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any furniture is protected when placing their items.
Variation to our Products/Services
Passant Royal prides itself on stunning floristry and makes every effort to provide the varieties of flowers discussed. We do not guarantee specific stem types. We will work with your wish lists and if available we will include them, however if not we will use the wish list blooms as inspiration for alternative blooms. The options are that you can leave us to choose a mix of flowers, – or we will work to a colour and style palette, based on our discussions, emails and images on your mood board/quote proposal information. Please note this never produces identical flowers or designs to the photos that we discuss, these are used as inspiration, and each piece is unique to you and your individual brief.
Passant Royal reserves the right, without penalty or cancellation by the client, to alter the style and shape of vases, pots, sundry items and display articles should any required items become unavailable. Where possible, we will discuss alternative choices with the client prior to selecting a replacement.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, in the unlikely event that you have a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of any issues. Replacement flowers may be offered at our discretion if possible - all bespoke creations are made to order and it may not be possible to offer any form of replacement.
Should the client have any issues with the quality or standard of the flowers/displays, the client must notify the florist on the day of receipt when delivery takes place. Passant Royale reserves the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size, quantity etc must be made at the time of delivery or collection - complaints cannot be accepted anytime after the point.
Once your order has been despatched and delivered, the contract between you and Passant Royale is complete.
Weddings & Special Event Services
Passant Royale only operates a completely bespoke service for all weddings and special event services.
In addition to these terms, clients will also be provided with our Wedding & Events Terms & Conditions along with their Floral Project Proposal. Signing of these is mandatory to confirm your wedding or event booking.
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the order total will be required to book Passant Royale Floral Services. Without receipt of a deposit,
we regret that we are unable to hold the date and will be available to take
other bookings.
The deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed, the wedding is cancelled for any reason, or the client decides to
engage an alternate supplier. The deposit will be applied towards the contacted
flowers booking value and is deducted from the final balance.
A client may choose to pay a £150 non refundable “save
the date” fee, to secure their chosen date with Passant Royale while the detail
of their booking and proposal is being finalised. This fee will guarantee the availability of their chosen date for a maximum of 14 days from the date payment is taken. Failure to complete a signed booking contact, along with a booking deposit payment within the time frame will result in the saved date being re-offered out for booking by Passant Royal
You will receive an order receipt
confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a
safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact:
floralstudio@passantroyal.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order
has been placed successfully.
Changes To An Order
While we will do everything we can to accommodate changes to bespoke floral orders, we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly. Should the changes entail a reduction in order numbers which equates to less than 70% of the original order value, we regret that no refund for the difference will be made.
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES:
All our Interior Services are bespoke to each client. In addition to these terms, clients will also be provided with our Interior Design and Furnishing Terms of Service. Signing of these supplementary terms is mandatory to confirm engagement of our Interior services.
Passant Royale will offer perspective Interior Design Clients an initial Virtual consultation to access suitability and understanding of the project before presenting proposals and terms.
Passant Royale reserves the right to reject any Interior Services Project it feels does not fall into its specific area of expertise or sector positioning.
LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
In the instance of an event outside of our reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’ or ‘Act of God’), we shall not be liable or responsible for any resulting failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations laid out in these terms and conditions.
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control. You agree that the following shall all be Force Majeure Events:
- extreme weather conditions preventing our services taking place, our products being delayed or our website not working for any reason including but not limited to winds, snow, rain, storm, fire, floods or any natural disaster whatever;
- civil unrest, riots, strikes, transport delays and anything connected with such events that prevent our services taking place, our products being delayed or our website not working for any reason;
- impossibility or difficulties with the use of any relevant means of public or private transport for any reason;
- cancellation by any third party related services;
- inability to receive materials ordered due to a third party supplier failure which was beyond our control;
- impossibility or difficulties with the use of public or private telecommunications networks, including the internet, for any access of any part of our website or social media channels;
- the failure of any computer or telecommunications system or hardware or software of any description; or
- the failure of our website affiliate interface or connected technology.
Our obligations under these terms and conditions are suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues. We will have an extension of time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. In all cases, we will take reasonable steps to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a reasonable solution by which our obligations under these terms and conditions can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event. If this is not possible, we will discuss with you how best to address this but regret that no refund will be available for loss of services or products caused by events outside of our control and neither will we be liable for costs incurred by you as a result of said events.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that Passant Royal is the sole supplier of artificial flowers at your event, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
In the event of sudden serious events outside our control or cessation of trading, we regret that all contractual obligations will come to an end and monies paid will be lost.
Contracts will be terminated if either party are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, the client, will result in said client indemnifying any costs or liabilities incurred by Passant Royale as a result of the breach, and no more. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us, Passant Royale, will result in a full refund to the client of the total monies paid to date (less any deposit), and no more.
PAYMENT
Orders for a product or service will not be accepted without payment at the time of booking.
Upon purchase of a product from our physical or online shop, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept payment in GBP (£) by BACS and all major credit and debit cards. We regret that we do not accept payment in instalments. All payments are processed securely and your information used solely to process the order.
Orders an Bookings for Weeding & Events are subject to our payment terms within our Wedding & Events Terms & Conditions.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact passantroyale@gmail.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.
RETURNS REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All bespoke floral Orders: bouquets arrangements and installation flowers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Online Shop Orders:
All online orders through our shop are eligible for a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. This also includes any pre designed florals that are available to order online.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that unless items are deemed faulty, all return shipping costs will not be refunded.
To start a return, please contact us with your refund request and order details. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will automatically credit your original payment method, however, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
If a pre designed floral item is bought as a 'Hand-Tied Bunch', the full bunch of stems must be returned to receive a refund - partial refunds are not offered. 'Flower Arrangements' returned with an incomplete number of stems will also not be refunded.
For partial returns, when an order is initially paid for using a combination of Gift Card and Cash, the Gift Card value is refunded as a priority over the Cash value.
DELIVERY TERMS
Online Orders - When completing any purchase through our online shop, you agree to ensure all details are correct. We cannot be responsible for any delays or undelivered items due to misspelt or incorrect details and regret that in the case of floral orders, refunds or replacement flowers will not be offered in this case.
Bespoke Orders - When ordering bespoke products, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to receive the product on the pre arranged date of delivery, or that an alternative safe drop-off point has been arranged. You agree to ensure that all details are included in the order or to contact us directly in advance. Upon arrival, If nobody is there to receive the products, we will leave a delivery note to specify we have tried to make delivery. The flowers will be taken back to our studio and we will arrange either redelivery (although Passant Royale reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to charge for a re-delivery for a pre arranged bespoke order)
We hand deliver our arrangements within a eight-mile radius of our Surrey Studio in Tadworth. We cannot guarantee or specify a delivery time on the agreed date of delivery.
We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified by you where we deem it unreasonable; we will instead use other information provided by you to fulfil the order.
Our bespoke products are not currently available for national delivery unless pre agreed as part of a bespoke request, if this is agreed, they will be delivered by a third-party postal service or courier service at the clients sole risk.
COPYRIGHT & IN-HOUSE DESIGN
The Passant Royal product range is produced and designed by our in house creatives, we do not purchase any arrangements ready made. All photography used is either copyright of Passant Royal flowers or it’s original owner. Thank you to some of our generous clients* for the loan of their beautiful photography to bring our site to life.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Passant Royal retain legal ownership of all products and services produced and provided by us. We may make products, including but not limited to floral arrangements, floral designs, copy, websites, downloads and photographs, available to you but the intellectual property rights and copyright for these products remain with us. You may view and/or download said products but you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, modify, loan, sell or exploit our products or services in whole, part or by any means without our, or our content providers’, prior consent. Should you wish to share our work on social media or other platforms, we must be credited. You must not remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other notice of ownership. You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Passant Royal respect the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our clients and customers to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us directly.
