At Passant Royale, we are deeply passionate about design, luxury and creating elegant floral art that makes an impact. Every piece is hand created by our floral artisans at our Surrey studio.

Please contact us with your bespoke brief directly via phone or through our contact page. We encourage you to give us as much information as possible regarding your vision for your bespoke arrangement. We will then be in contact to discuss your individual requirements further. Our floral designer and artisans will then create a unique piece especially for you.

Collection - If you choose to collect your flowers from us, we will normally ask you to view your arrangement or order to ensure you are happy. We will then ask you how you would like the arrangement packaged for transit - if at all.

Passant Delivery - If Passant Royale deliver your order to you, we will normally install and setup the arrangement for you.

Online Shop pre-designed arrangement sent by courier - The stems in your bouquet will be styled and chopped to size, arriving beautifully gift wrapped in our eco friendly packaging, ready to unwrap and place straight in a vase. Please note that when ordering a vase to accompany the arrangement, this may arrive separately to the florals.

There are many reasons why faux/artificial flowers are so immensely popular and are fast replacing the fresh cut versions residentially and commercially. We work with incredibly realistic florals and foliage, we tend to find that many clients can't believe the arrangements are not actually real flowers.

Good quality artificial flowers look fresh all year around. Faux flowers are created to be at the perfect stage of development, so you see the best of the bloom or bud all year.

Artificial flowers are a perfect option for allergy sufferers. In months when there is a naturally high pollen count, faux blooms can help by reducing the allergens in the home or commercial environment. A bride’s special day can be improved vastly by ensuring that floral allergies are not an issue for her or guests. This also applies to any commercial environment.

Artificial is actually a good investment. Our exceptional flowers offer great value for money. If you were to calculate how much you pay for fresh flowers on a weekly basis, within around 3 months you would have return on the amount spent and still have a beautiful display that will last for years. Many of our customers rotate their arrangements seasonally so they always have something to brighten up their home year after year.

Faux is low maintenance. Your artificial luxury floral arrangements will require little to no maintenance at all. Life is busy and with no dirty water or vases to wash, artificial florals take away the worry that the flowers won't last if not watered. Faux remains the perfect solution for holiday homes where you require a special display that you can lock up and leave knowing it will be looking fantastic all year round.

Suitable for any environment or a dark space that needs brightening. Faux flowers are not so fussy - they will look good and not wilt due to light and climate changes - whereas fresh flowers can often struggle to cope

To care for the flowers, you can use a cool hairdryer on a the lightest setting to rid them of dust (please be careful and assert discretion when using this approach). If this is carried out regularly they will always look fresh. Please note that some leaves/petals are covered with latex, so these should only be wiped with a cool damp cloth. Important - No cleaning fluids, solutions or cleaning wipes should ever be used.

Our vases and planters are a made from a range of materials. Due to this, we recommend you ensure that you protect the underside of the vase when placing them on lacquered or delicate furniture that could mark or scratch.

When considering carbon footprint. It is now extensively believed that artificial florals are a better alternative to fresh flowers. When you consider fresh flowers are shipped and have a shelf life for around just one week and faux flowers can last for many years - this actually makes sense. This means artificial flowers, which can last for years on end, are a fantastic, and much greener alternative!
