Lead by a fully qualified, professional Interior Designer from the Industry Leading KLC School of Design. The Passant Royale Interior division focuses exclusively on the executive, luxury market.  We live in and are part of the communities/clienteles of the areas in which we operate. This gives us a clear understanding and expertise of the exacting standards required. 

EXCLUSIVITY

We take work with each private client or project on a case by case basis.  We will only accept commissions that we feel are within our area of design expertise.  The service we offer is exclusively bespoke.  We keep the number of projects live at any one time to maximum of three, as not to compromise the level of dedication and service given to each client.

We have a series of exceptional relationships with suppliers, designers and agents, which in turn allows us to create exquisite spaces within a discerning market.

OUR PROCESS

  • THE BRIEF

    We will perform an initial consultation with you to understand more about your project and vision for the space. We take time to learn about the client, their design ambitions and the scope for the project. Here we leverage our knowledge and experience to explore the creative, financial and practical feasibility of the site or concept, assessing its potential with the client to achieve the finest outcome. We will then perform a site visit if appropriate and possible.

  • DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    This stage of the project is where the detailed design development takes place. Preserving our clients’ brief and combining it with our expertise in spatial planning, we can refine our initial concepts.

    If a project requires a process of creative collaboration, we would ensure that we work closely with any architects or other skilled professionals required. There are a myriad of options available on projects, therefore, we use our trained eye to source furniture and finishes to compliment the project brief.

  • PRESENTATION

    Passant Royale will now communicate our design proposals through tactile mood-boards, layout plans, drawings and visualisations. This presentation process is usually very client interactive and is intended to allow a visualise process to occur for the final outcome, creating high-end interiors that embody the Passant Royale style.

  • PROJECT DELIVERY

    Our Interior Studio will oversee the entire project from concept to installation, attending regular site meetings to ensure our design is being implemented to the exact specifications set out, on-time and on budget. Passant Royale Interior Studio offers a full turn-key Interior styling service to pull the whole scheme together.
